What makes ONYA Thanks! different?

We provide your recipient the ability to maintain their privacy of location, so we contact them on your behalf to obtain their delivery address. You’ll only need to provide us with their contact details and we’ll handle the rest!

What if you can’t contact the recipient?

Our team will endeavour to contact your intended recipient via email & contact number over 7 days to arrange delivery. Don’t worry! Your payment details are not debited until we receive a delivery address* – After pay payments are taken immediately at checkout. However, a full refund or credit note will be given if the gift is not able to be delivered due to no address.

Can I order a custom gift box?

We understand that you may be gifting for a special occasion and may require something different and will be happy to accommodate to the best we can. Contact us to discuss your requirements!

Do your boxes cater to dietary requirements?

ONYA Thanks boxes do not currently cater to specific dietary requirements such as vegan, gluten free, net free, kosher etc. However, most of our products are vegetarian. Please refer to Additional information on the item description page for more info.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Orders can be placed with Visa, Mastercard, AFTERPAY or Direct Deposit.

Do you accept American Express?

Unfortunately, we not currently accept American Express as a payment method

How do I know my credit card details are safe?

  • All browsers are required to use a minimum of 40-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology (This means that there is no way to bypass the security systems).
  • Digital certification to verify integrity and authenticity from this website.
  • Encrypted card details are sent with your order to our accounts department to be processed. Your card details are erased from record as soon as your order is processed. This eliminates the risk of your credit card details being captured and used by unauthorised people.
  • This means that when you order hampers from our website, you can rest assured that the highest security checks have been put in place to ensure that your details will not fall into the wrong hands.

How do I know my details and recipient details are safe?

All details are erased from our records as soon as your order is processed and delivered for privacy reasons unless you’ve opt in to be on our mailing list for special offers & updates.

Do you accept Afterpay?

Yes, we do accept Afterpay as a payment method. When Selecting Afterpay, payment will be processed immediately.

Can I amend my order once it has been placed?

Orders can be amended up to 12pm the day prior to delivery. Please email hello@onyathanks.com.au with your order number, modification request and any other relevant information and we will do our best to accomodate. 

How long does delivery take?

Delivery is usually next business day, unless a future date is selected at checkout.

Can I pick up my purchase?

Unfortunately pick up is not currently available.

Something was wrong with my order, what can I do?

In the event that that something is wrong with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will provide instructions on how to send through photos of your order exactly as it was received.

Although we try our best always, unfortunately sometimes we can mistakes. Sorry!

We will happily replace, exchange or issue a credit or refund depending on the situation and how you wish to resolve the issue.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Absolutely! All corporate subscriptions are month to month basis and can be cancelled at any-time.
